A free Veterans Day concert will bring Acadiana musicians and families together Sunday, November 8, at the Heymann Performing Arts Center.

The 3 p.m. program features the All Acadiana Middle School Band, The Skyliners and the Lafayette Concert Band.

Together, the ensembles will present a patriotic afternoon designed to recognize veterans and active-duty service members through music.

Admission is free, and the performance is open to all ages, making it an easy multigenerational outing.

Families can confirm the program and venue information on the official Heymann Center listing.

Plan to arrive with time to park and settle in before the opening notes at 3 p.m.
