Burrito bowls are about to get a fresh twist in Youngsville as locals gear up for the arrival of an exciting new eatery.

This summer, a fresh face in the city’s fast casual restaurants scene will take over Suite 100 at 209 Centre Sarcelle Boulevard—previously home to Lit Pizza.

Primo’s Bowl & Burrito Factory aims to bring vibrant flavors and a friendly, neighborhood vibe to Youngsville with its customizable burritos, taco plates, and—most notably—hearty burrito bowls tailored to every taste.

Fans of the build-your-own-meal concept, long familiar with places like Chipotle, will instantly recognize the fun here.

Guests will be able to select from an array of proteins, toppings, salsas, and sauces to create their own lunchtime or dinnertime masterpiece.

The expansion comes at a time when Youngsville’s dining scene is seeing a wave of new concepts and investment.

According to recent reports, several other eateries and shops are opening throughout the Metairie Centre area, making it an emerging local hotspot for foodies and families.

The decision to convert a well-equipped former pizza space means the new spot might open its doors well before the end of summer.

Insiders suggest the process should move fairly quickly, though a few upgrades and tweaks—like new kitchen equipment and refreshed décor—are expected before guests are welcomed inside.

Locals familiar with Sulphur’s Spicy Rico Mexican Grill will notice some familiar menu highlights, reimagined under the Primo’s Bowl & Burrito Factory brand.

As the southwest Louisiana favorite expands east, expectations are running high among area residents hungry for made-to-order, boldly flavored meals.

No firm grand opening date has been announced, but the buzz suggests a launch could come sooner rather than later.

For those eager to customize their next bite, Youngsville’s latest burrito bowl destination feels just around the corner.
